Cancellation Policy

 

When you book a party or class with BrushFire, you prepay online or via phone. Please review our policy below for complete details. We charge these fees to cover the preparation work and the fact that we may have turned others away from a date for the class or party because it was booked or full.  If you must cancel or reschedule your party or class session, please contact BrushFire immediately at (225) 664-4994 or email us at brushfireartstudio@yahoo.com.

 

Class Reservations:

All prepaid registrations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will receive an online store credit MINUS a $10 cancellation fee. No Refunds allowed. Due to the fact that we pre-sketch these canvas days before the event we do not provide refunds. If you can not make a class or party, your money will be placed in your online account with us for use towards online purchases only, at any time before expiration date, Online credits expire 12 months from purchase date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Party Reservations:

Party reservations cancelled with a 7 or more day notice will be charged the $50 non-refundable deposit. Any party reservation canceled with less than a 7 day notice or a "No Show" will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. No Refunds,  NO EXCEPTIONS.
